Kathryn is passionate about supporting children and collaborating with their families to achieve language and communication goals that are personally meaningful by providing evidence-based, person-centred, and neurodiversity affirming practice. She graduated with a Masters of Speech Pathology with Distinction. She is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia.
Kathryn has experience providing speech and language intervention in a school and community setting. Her areas of interest include early language development, natural language acquisition (Gestalt Language Processing), stuttering, and speech sounds. Kathryn enjoys empowering carers and families in therapy, seeing them as the key to successful and positive therapy outcomes.
When she’s not at the clinic, Kathryn will always have a coffee in her hand and loves spending time with her family, travelling, and reading.
